Misty Waters Photography at Hook Head
Join us at Hook Head, Co. Wexford as we take our classroom and students outdoors on location for seascapes, misty waters and the elements of the outdoors. We will introduce you to the fundamentals of misty waters and long exposure photography by combining both the theory and practical skills needed to get you started. You will learn everything from the best apertures, shutter speeds, ISO and equipment to use and how to best compose your photographs. This location will be an ideal time for your filters to come out of the bag as there will be circular polarizers explained and demonstrated, as well as ND and ND grad filters. This is a fantastic opportunity to get out and about shooting ‘while learning’ – get the best of both worlds. Downloadable E-Notes will be available in advance to all students who attend the class.
Who Is This Outdoor Classroom Suited To?
This outdoor class is suitable for all all levels You will learn everything from the best apertures, shutter speeds, ISO and equipment to use and how to best compose your photographs. Filter demonstrations will be given with circular polarizers, as well as ND and ND grad filters. .
Meeting Place: Provided on booking
Dress appropriately: expect all weather conditions & wear good/comfortable walking shoes/boots

Equipment needed:
DSLR or mirrorless camera with a wide lens (kit lens will be fine)
Circular Polarizing Filter
ND Grad or ND filters are recommended to get the most from the shoot
A tripod is a MUST
A remote control & a spirit level are an added bonus
